Prerogatives of the Services Committee

To discuss and study all problems and difficulties faced by the services sector and to propose necessary solutions for them, raise them before the Chamber's Board of Directors and to follow up the results.
To form sub-committees or working teams chaired by one of the members of the committee for studying various problems faced by each sector separately and to make field visits, when necessary.
To propose holding seminars and lectures related to the sector to highlight the significance and role of the sector in coordination with the concerned departments at the Chamber.
To study the ways for improving the sector and help it to formulate its strategies for achieving its objectives.
To liaise with the concerned government departments in coordination with the Chamber's President, to help the sector in meeting with its needs and to have closer levels of cooperation between them.
To study the matter referred to the committee by the Chamber's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee and to raise recommendations thereof.
To follow up the activities and achievements of the working teams and to publish the results in the media through the Chamber.
To participate in the Chamber's activities and to contribute to the preparation of studies and research papers serving the sector.
