Prerogatives of the Contracting and Labour Committee

To represent the private sector at the concerned departments, organisations and unions to safeguard its interests.
To discuss and study complaints raised by contractors and to take necessary actions to resolve them.
To study all matters related to the contracting sector that referred to the Chamber and to express views and proposal for them.
To study laws and regulations issued by the government concerning the contracting, labour and labourers sector and to submit proposals in this regard.
To participate in conferences, seminars and other meetings related to the Gulf, Arab and International contractors' unions.
To study the view-points of the business community regarding the important problems and obstacles being faced by contracting sector and to propose suitable solutions for them.
