Sanad – Empowering the
Oman nationals
Under the directions of H.M. Sultan Qaboos Bin
Said, the Ministry of Manpower launched ‘ Sanad’
programme with focus on Omanisation and a vision
to enhance business opportunities for the Oman
nationals.
The Ministry of Manpower will focus on the
following points to make Sanad programme a
success:
- Maximum employment of Oman nationals in all
sectors
- To encourage and sponsor, develop and popularize
self-employment initiatives
- Training and development of the citizens
- To establish nursery committee to support
nationals with self-employment objective
