The exhibition should be
more of a specialised nature than a mere consumer one. |

The
company should not have had any problems with any
of the exhibitors/participants in the past. |

3.
|
The
company should have an efficient management and
should have obtained official approval for holding
the exhibition from Oman International Exhibition
Centre. |

4.
|
The
company should pay a sum of RO 5,000/- (Rials Omani Five thousand only) to OCCI. |
|
5.
|
The
company should submit a bank guarantee of RO
10,000 favouring OCCI valid for one month after the date of the closing date of the exhibition. |

6.
|
The
company should submit a detailed report on the
exhibition after its conclusion. |
|
7.
|
The
company should submit a list of all participants
before two weeks of beginning of the exhibition. |
|
8. |
The company should submit a full plan on various aspects of the exhibition. |
|
9. |
The OCCI logo will be allowed to be used only as a supporter and not as a sponsor.
