The company
started commercial operations in 1981 and has today spread its wings

the entire country
by having 8 strategically located plants in Rusayl, Sohar, Nizwa,
Sur, Ibra, Ibri, Musannah and Madha.
The Parent
Plant at Rusayl is spread over 24,000 Sq. mtr area and has been
serving the
capital
area efficiently for the past 3 decades.

Operations |
NGC operates a
large fleet of tankers to lift LP Gas from refineries around Oman
and supply
to our plants; where they are bottled in safe &
controlled conditions into valid, tested cylinders.
Thereafter,
National Gas' strong distributor network ensures timely delivery of
Gas onward to
households and commercial establishments.
The 22 KG Gas cylinder is very popular with the households whereas
the 44 KG Gas
cylinder is patronized by the commercial
establishments such as Restaurants, Hospitals,
Kitchens and
Industries.
Bulk LP Gas is also distributed to high volume consumers such as
Hotels and Industries
NGC supplies Deodorized LPG to industries manufacturing perfumes,
deodorants, pesticides,
etc.

alternative to ozone depleting CFC's.

NGC has introduced the path breaking Cutting Gas in this region,
which is a more efficient and
cheaper (saves upto 30-40%)
alternative to Acetylene. In industries where safety of
employees is
paramount, Cutting Gas is an ideal choice. NGC's Cutting Gas is
non-toxic, non -
injurious and has no torch backfire or dangerous
by-products. Since its flame is less luminous,
it's not harmful to
eyesight. In case of a leak, Cutting Gas can be detected easily
because of
its unique pungent smell.
NGC's
Synthetic
Natural Gas (SNG) is a blend of LPG and Air that
provides a direct replacement for Natural Gas. SNG provides
an ideal energy solution to industries and residential
townships when there is lack or short supply of natural gas.
It provides the identical combustion characteristics to
natural gas and SNG and natural gas can be used
interchangeably thus requires no adjustments to burners or
regulators. NGC provides one stop shop for design,
installation and supply of SNG systems to the consumers.
